Terms and Conditions

1 GENERAL Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order with Paramount Performance. We are suppliers of non standard parts, meaning that the parts we supply may not be a perfect, straight forward fit and in some instances modifications or adjustments may be needed. Therefore we recommend that all parts supplied by ourselves are fitted by a suitably qualified person. Any reference to seller / company / we / us / Paramount Performance shall mean Paramount Performance of 114 Longford Road Cannock Staffs WS11 0LG. Any reference to the buyer / purchaser / customer / you / yourself will mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.

2 REFUND / RETURN POLICY Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us within seven working days and we reserve the right to refuse refund after that period. The cost of returning the goods is solely the purchasers responsibility and no cost will be incurred by the seller. We may not be able to accept non-faulty goods that we have supplied to your specific request or goods damaged during transit or fitting. Goods must be returned in resaleable condition. Where goods are deemed by yourself to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return these goods for inspection. A replacement will not be supplied until this inspection has been carried out.

3 GUARANTEES All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturer / UK importer. We will act on your behalf if you wish to pursue a claim however if this claim is rejected by the manufacturer we will not liable for any compansation. If any modifiactions have been made to the goods the manufacturers guarantee will be void.

4 DELIVERIES AND DAMAGE Once you or the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them you have accepted that the goods have been recieved in good order and everything on the delivery note / invoice has been recieved. If you then later discover a fault or realise the entire order has not been received we may not be able to make a claim from the courier. We therefore advise you to contact us with any defects / problems as soon as possible. If it is likely that you will not be signing for the goods yourself then it is your responsibilty to ensure the person signing for the goods understands our terms. Free delivery and all deliveries are to the UK only, we may be able to send to other countries but you must contact us first for extra cost.

5 ORDERS An order placed in our online shop is an offer to purchase, and no order will become binding until it has been accepted by ourselves and confirmed in writing by invoice.
